Hemanth Kumar Vemuri
Hemanth learned banking law from the inside. As Legal Manager at Indian Bank, he saw how financial institutions actually make decisions, and how often the advice they receive misses that reality. It left him with a conviction he has carried into practice: legal strategy should be built around a client's circumstances, never adapted from a template. Today he leads the firm's banking, labour, and employment work, advising public sector banks, financial institutions, private companies, and foreign diplomatic missions.

Naresh Pujari
Naresh has spent his career inside the rooms where Indian entertainment gets made: as in-house counsel to Disney+ Hotstar, Zee Entertainment, and Kia Motors India, and alongside startups across media and sport. That vantage taught him that a good media lawyer has to understand production schedules as well as precedents. He leads the firm's media, entertainment, and sports practice across contracts, litigation, government liaison, and strategy, and believes law should enable the creative process, not obstruct it. He mentors the next generation of media lawyers through the Gradyoumate Foundation.
Sushmita Patel
Sushmita works where environmental law meets the actual machinery of policy. A former Kakatiya Governance Fellow with the Government of Telangana, she has led climate work at Youth Ki Awaaz and managed projects at the Foundation for Ecological Security, experience that convinced her that sustainability commitments fail on implementation, not intention. She advises on climate legislation, energy transition, and ecological security, bringing government, civil-society, and business perspectives to questions most lawyers see from only one side.
Santosh Reddy M
Santosh cut his teeth in the legal department of Union Bank of India, advising the bank and managing its litigation, before turning to transactions. That grounding shows in how he approaches M&A and investment work: as an exercise in allocating risk, not producing paperwork. He treats every deal as unique, with a marked preference for practical, tailor-made answers over boilerplate.
Vedavyas Gunti
Vedavyas is the firm's courtroom presence. An Advocate before the trial and high courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, he has represented clients across industries and jurisdictions in civil, commercial, criminal, and white-collar matters. He drafts the way he argues: civil suits, writ petitions, and arbitration petitions built to hold up under pressure, because he is usually the one defending them when it comes.
Yuvasree Talpaneni
Yuvasree has seen corporate advice from both sides of the table: in private practice at GLC & Partners, and in-house at Dodla Dairy. It taught her that an agreement is only as good as the operations it has to survive. Her work spans risk management, compliance, and the drafting and vetting of complex agreements, with a particular interest in sustainable corporate practice: governance built to outlast the transaction it was written for.
Sai Ananya Mysore
Ananya works at the meeting point of music, media, and technology law. At Aditya Music, she worked on licensing in one of India's most rights-intensive industries; as an advisory board member at the Centre for Advancement in Media and Entertainment Laws, she helps shape how the field is taught. A BBA LLB (Hons) graduate of Symbiosis International University, she worked closely with the firm as a Research Assistant across IP and technology agreements before joining as an Associate; she knew the firm's standards because she had already been holding work to them.
Amita Siri Kalepu
Amita works across the firm's corporate and media & entertainment practices, on both advisory and transactional mandates. Much of the firm's written work passes through her hands: drafting, vetting, and the research beneath it, which has made her a careful reader of the details on which agreements quietly succeed or fail.
